4. Our Team

Guy Léonard, President of SOGECO, is a member of the Association des syndicats de copropriétés du Québec lnc., a representative of the Association for the Outaouais region and a member of the Québec Property Owners Corporation lnc. (Corporation des propriétaires Immobiliers du Québec Inc. (CORPIQ)) and an accredited member of CORGEC (Corporation des gestionnaires professionnels du Québec).

Prior to forming SOGECO, Guy Léonard was President of the Syndicat de la copropriété Place des Sorbiers/Mont-Bleu A, a 48-unit condominium property in Hull, from 1985 to 1990 and President of the Syndicat de la copropriété Manoir des Trembles, Phase II, a 36-unit condominium property, from 1988 to 1990.

Guy Léonard was also a member of the Conseil de surveillance (1983-1987) and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Caisse populaire St-Raymond in Hull since 1988.  He was secretary to the Board of Directors in 1992 and remains a member of the Board of Directors of the Résidence du Ruisseau, a 40-unit residence for seniors, owned and operated by the Caisses populaires Desjardins of Hull.

Prior to forming SOGECO, Guy Léonard pursued a career with the Federal Government.

Jocelyne Nadon is the Administrative Assistant of SOGECO.  She has more than 33 years of experience in the administration and secretarial fields.  In her career with the Royal Canadian Mint, from 1977 to 1994, Mrs. Nadon held several key positions in the customer service department.  With her extensive experience, she does the utmost to meet your demands and give you total satisfaction.  She is also an accredited member of CORGEC.

Accountant and expert in taxation, Yvon Larose is responsible for all financial questions and is the financial adviser of SOGECO.  He has an extensive experience in condominium and rental buildings financial and taxation questions.  A prudent manager, he will assure you an efficient and healty financial planning and management.

Ghislaine May is an administrative assistant.  She has more than 30 years of experience both in secretarial and administration fields.  She pursued a 14 year career with the Federal Government and 16 years with a School Board.
